Janine holds a degree in Psychology, a Master of Organisational Coaching Psychology, post-graduate qualifications in Human Resource Management and Labour Relations, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and is an accredited NLP Practitioner. She has gained 20+ years’ senior global experience in helping clients find diverse, fit-for-purpose and meaningful solutions, working both from within business, and as the founder of thinkfrank. Janine has held roles in higher education, HR and OD, and has operated her coaching and consulting business here in Australia and overseas. Janine works with business, academia and individual clients, challenging and supporting them towards achieving their goals.  Client industries include manufacturing and engineering, consulting, pharmaceutical, government and financial services among others.
